RESERVATIONS

A $50 deposit is required for all reservations. Once a deposit is received, your date is secure.  We accept cash, checks, VISA and MASTERCARD and AMEX.

We require a minimum of 7 guests for a Spa Party. (Some exceptions may apply)

Each Technician traveling to your event must service at least 3 guests.

A confirmed head count and service selections for each guest must be provided no later than one week before the party. Technician assignments will be provided prior to your event.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Party cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.  The deposit is not refunded if cancellations are not made within 48 hours.  

You will be charged 100% of the services selected for guests that are no-shows on the day of your event. 
(We suggest that you collect deposits from your guests.)

RETURNED CHECK POLICY - A fee of $30.00 will be charged for all returned checks.

SERVICE CHARGE

          A traveling service charge may apply depending on your location for each Technician traveling to your event.  

Parking Charges (Hotel, Public Garages, etc.) will be charged to the client for each Technician traveling to your event.

  GRATUITIES

It is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to your Spa Technician. If you are pleased with your services, please feel free to tip your Technician. Cash gratuities are acceptable.

  AGE REQUIREMENT

Clients must be 16 years of age or older to schedule an appointment, with the exception of Princess Parties. Parental consent and presence during services is required for all minors. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

 RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE SPA SERVICES

 Our spa professionals will refuse services if any of the following apply:

 Intoxication

Broken skin or lesions

Any medical conditions not disclosed at the time of reservations

Misconduct such as solicitation or suggestive comments

  Our spa technicians uphold professionalism and strict ethical standards. Any illicit or sexually suggested remarks or advances will result in immediate termination of services. You will be liable for full payment of scheduled services.
